Cobia is a white fish with large flakes. It is firm in texture and boasts a mild yet sweet and rich flavor. Cobia is found worldwide (except the Eastern Pacific) in tropical, subtropical and temperate waters and can reach up to 6 feet and 150 pounds.
Available in skin-on and skin-off fillets.
Frozen cobia fillets come individually frozen. Thaw in the refrigerator or submerge in cold water.
