Description

Quail eggs are small, splotched eggs with a yellow to beige background that come from the quail. They are significantly smaller than chicken eggs but boast a similar taste. Their size makes the yolk-white ratio higher and accounts for the richer taste.

Product Preparation

Quail eggs are cooked the same way as chicken eggs but require less cooking time because of their size. Scramble, boil or add quail eggs to a slider.
