Lobster – Cleaned Slipper

Description

Slipper lobsters do not have claws. The meat is cut from the tail and has a firm texture with a sweet taste. Most slipper lobsters are found in the Pacific.

Available in cleaned, 1-3 oz. portions.

Product Preparation

Claw and knuckle meat, tails and whole lobster are frozen to ensure maximum freshness upon delivery. To thaw, place in refrigerator. Lobster meat can be used in fish soups, added to a recipe or eaten by themselves.
