Description

Octopus is similar to cuttlefish and squid. Its meat is firm, tender, delicate and cooks up sweet. Octopus inhabit various regions of the ocean from coral reefs to abyssal depths.

Available in 26/40 baby octopus and 1-2 lb. octopus.

Product Preparation

Thaw frozen octopus overnight. Cut tentacles and stew them with herbs, onions, garlic, tomatoes or potatoes. Also, customers can grill octopus with light seasonings and olive oil. Unlike squid octopus must be cooked for a long time to become tender.
