Description
Pollock is grayish-brown fish that is firm in texture. It has a fairly mild, delicate flavor similar to Cod. Pollock is a smaller, North Pacific dwelling groundfish. Larger fillets are often available in the fall.
Available in frozen, skinless fillets. 4-6 oz.
Product Preparation
Pollock fillets arrive frozen. To thaw, place in refrigerator or submerge in cold water. The texture of Perch allows it to hold up fairly well to heavy seasoning.
