Description
The Daikon Radish resembles a white carrot in appearance. Kaiware Daikon are sprouted daikon radish seeds used in Japanese cuisines. It is a root vegetable that is mild, sweet and crisp with a peppery finish.
Available in sprouts, not whole daikon radish.
Product Preparation
Daikon radish sprouts are used to garnish sashimi or as a mix-in for salad. They can be pickled or used in stir fry.
