Description

There are over 300 species of shrimp and prawns that can be found all over the world. Shrimp thrive in both fresh and salt water. Also, in cold and warm waters. Cold water shrimp and prawns tend to be sweeter and more tender then their warm water counter parts.

Shrimp butterfly is completely peeled and deveined with the tail tip left on. Compressed flat to evenly bread and for better plate coverage.
