Squid is fleshy and soft. Similar to cuttlefish they are chewy in texture and mild in taste.
Available in tubes and tentacles, rings, steaks and as an ingredient in marisco mix (octopus, shrimp, crab, fish and squid).
Squid arrives frozen. Thaw in refrigerator. Coat them in a light batter and deep-fry or sauté with onions, light salt and pepper.
