Sea Trout is similar to bass. It has a fine texture with lean flesh that is mild with a bit of tang. The most economical and stronger tasting of the trout we offer.

Thaw frozen trout fillets in the refrigerator or submerge individually packaged fillets in cold water. Trout is delicate in taste so it can be easily overpowered by sauce. Cook with butter and simple seasonings.
