Whiting is similar in appearance to Pollock. Also, it is very mild in flavor and the fillets are very delicate and flaky white. This fish inhabits the eastern Atlantic Ocean, North Sea and Mediterranean Sea.

Product Preparation
Whiting fillets arrive frozen. To thaw, place in refrigerator overnight. Because it is mild in flavor, Whiting is a great fish to use for a fish fry.
